Further levelling up will be easier comparatively.  Initiation is the biggest target. The very first step is very much important. It demands creation of an intention. On later stages, same intentions to be followed for growth. 

It takes years to make a bonding and goodwill. By doing good, you can automatically win the hearts of all. Let the gap be removed between your will and goodwill.  The moment, you start this way of thinking, you will find all the availabilities around you. It is never late. Improvement can be started from any point provided the intention has to be there. 

Use your speaking skills at right time at right place. It is a superpower which can change any situation. An influencer does not speak all the time. But, when he/she speaks, it is purposeful and convincing.
